Insurance repair: a car hit the garage
A vehicle caved in the corner of a detached garage. We rebuilt the framing, stone and siding and hung a new door.

Estiven Quiroz, Steven to most of our customers, started EJ1 Construction in 2020 and still oversees every job. He picks up the phone, comes out to look at the work, and is there for the final walkthrough.
He’s a family man and a man of faith, and he treats every project like it’s his own house. He’ll explain the work in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and follow all applicable local building codes and safety standards.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Send photos or videos by text or email, or set up a video call, and we’ll give you an initial estimate at no cost. If the project needs a detailed on-site evaluation, the in-person consultation is $150, and the full fee is credited toward your project if you hire us.
Will I get a written estimate?
Yes. Every customer receives a detailed written estimate with the scope of work and a breakdown of pricing.
How soon can you start, and how long will it take?
It depends on our schedule and the scope of work. We’ll give you the earliest start date and an estimated timeline before work begins.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We work with homeowners and businesses on insurance repairs. We provide photos, documentation and estimates, and we talk with your adjuster when needed.
Do you handle emergency repairs?
